Agrazingly good steak- A GF review of Graze (Bath)

Graze BathSo for my birthday the day after I was take to The Ox in Bristol (Link), I was taken to Graze in Bath (Link) by my parents, again it was a surprise so I was a little anxious as I couldn’t phone ahead.

We got to Graze and it is beautiful, unlike the Ox which is stunning in a probation era styled, Graze was wonderfully light and airy, and an amazing outside area. It is located right next to the train station so is very easy to get to even if you don’t live in Bath.

So on arrival we got seated ordered a cocktail, the boys got beers as it is owned by Bath Ales. We got the menus and the waiter whipped off to get the drinks, I looked down the menu and GF options were not marked up -my heart dropped a bit.

When the waiter came back with the drinks, I asked him what the gluten free options were and he explained they have a menu which had all the GF options marked out on them, WIN!

So I what did I have and what was my verdict:
Graze pate
Starter– Duck liver pâté, toast, black cherries – I substituted the toast for gem lettuce leaves. This was amazing the cherry chutney was amazing and made it a little bit difference.

Graze SteakMain- Sirloin Steak, with chunky chips and cognac and peppercorn sauce.
Yes this was the second steak in two days, but it was so yummy and the chips were epic.

The staff were all very knowledgeable of GF and I had no adverse reaction so it was all kept GF Yay!!! It was a little pricey but again worth it. It is very central and easy to get to being right next the the station, which is great. I would give it a 9/10.
