Brownies in my opinion should be rich a little crunchy on the outside and nice and most on the inside.
I have made some cracking GF ones myself, but sometimes you either don’t have the time or energy and just want to store by some.
Gluten free pre-made cakes are often quite hard to come, are expensive and often not as tasty as their non GF counterparts.
