These brownies are tasty super succulent: Gluten & Lactose Free as well as Paleo & Vegan friendly.
Ingredients:
- 1 Large Courgette
- 2-3 Small Apples (Cored)
- 90g of Quality Dark Chocolate ( Broken up into tiny pieces)
- 2 Tbs Almond Butter
- 25g Butter ( Use vegan friendly marg if you are a vegan)
- 2-3 Tbs of Raw Honey
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbs Coco Powder
- 2 Tsp GF Baking Powder
- 70g Crushed Cashews
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 185°C & Grease square tin
- Grate courgette & apples (leave the skins on)
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Pour into tin and cook for 30-35mins
