Gluten Free Moroccan Feast- Flat breads

Gluten Free Flat Bread

These were a perfect accompaniment to our tagine (Link) & falafels (Link) crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside!

Ingredients

gluten free flat bread

  • 150g doves self raising flour
  • 50g gram flour
  • 150g natural yoghurt
  • 50ml water

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into your mixer with dough hook and mix on a medium speed until well combined as a dough
  2. Split into quarters with flour dusted hands and flatten so that the piece is around 1-1.5cm thick.
  3. Grill on a low to medium heat until bread is golden brown then turn and repeat.
